FAQs

  • What happens in the Wellness session?

The first meeting starts with talking about your health. We'll cover any issues you have, your conditions, and overall well-being. You can share about your job, home life, diet, and exercise. It's up to you how much you want to share. This might take more time on your first visit but less on later ones. In future meetings, we can discuss any changes that have happened.

  • What conditions is YSD medicine good for?

It helps with pain, resolves issues, and affects your whole body. Talking and understanding are important. As you continue treatment, we'll decide what results you want now and in the future.

  • Does the treatment hurt?

I'll only use gentle pressure and movements to keep you relaxed during the treatment. If you feel any discomfort, just let me know, and I'll adjust. You'll feel relaxed and pain relief during and after the session.

  • Can the treatment help with ongoing or incurable conditions?

Absolutely! The Wellness program can help improve, control, and handle symptoms, even if you've been told they won't disappear. You can discuss the medical and therapeutic ideas guiding your recovery. You might achieve better health and less pain than you ever imagined.

  • How many sessions will be needed?

The Wellness program helps your body's energy find balance. If your condition is serious or long-lasting, healing might take longer because your energy patterns are used to being off balance. But improvement can also be fast. The treatment recognizes that everyone is unique. Most clients start with 6-10 weekly sessions for the best results. You should notice some changes after the first treatment and significant improvement by the sixth, especially with weekly sessions. We'll also talk about how you can keep feeling better long-term through self-care, with occasional support sessions.

  • How will I feel after my treatment?

People often feel deeply relaxed and calm after the treatment. It can also make you feel very alive and full of energy. Sometimes, you might feel like resting or emotions might come up during or after the treatment. This is normal, and it's okay to let yourself feel these emotions instead of holding them back.

  • Can the treatment be an emotional treatment?

Yes, it can happen. Sometimes, you might feel things like anxiety, sadness, anger, grief, or joy. You don't have to feel embarrassed, and you don't have to talk about it if you don't want to. You can take your time to understand your feelings. We get that, and most people feel relaxed, happy, and well after the treatment.

  • Do I need to rest after my treatment?
